Our condolences to the friends and family of the late Neil Kemp – Committee Member and Life Member of both the Illawarra Junior Football Association (IJFA) and Illawarra Football Association (IFA).
Neil started an affiliation with the IFA in 1967. He coached and managed junior sides including East Berkeley, Warilla United, Warilla Wanderers, Oak Flats and IFA Representative sides. Neil had a close affiliation with South Coast United F.C. in the days of Adrian Alston, Peter Wilson, George Ramage and others. As pictured, Neil was the Manager of IFA Senior Representative teams, he was an astute student of the World Game from U7s club level to World Cup Soccer.
Neil was a tremendous contributor to football in the South Coast region over many years, may he rest in peace.
