š Time: 4:30pm-5:30pm
Price: $320 – (TERM 1 fees include $55 fee for compulsory uniform & FNSW participant insurance fee)
Program Overview:
The Flare ā Skills Development Program is designed for young players aged 5-12 years, providing a structured and engaging environment to enhance football fundamentals. Through expert coaching, participants will develop technical skills, confidence, and game awareness, all while having fun on the field.

Program Focus Areas
Our development program prioritizes four fundamental skill areas essential for football excellence:
1. First Touch
- Attack: Controlling the ball with all permitted body parts to maintain possession.
- Defence: Applying immediate pressure to the ball carrier.
2. 1v1 Play
- Attacking: Change of direction, fakes, feints, and stop/start movements.
- Defending: Winning 1v1 duels and retaining possession.
3. Striking the Ball
- Attack: Precision in short and long-range passing, shooting, crossing, and heading.
- Defence: Delaying, intercepting, tackling, and blocking shots.
4. Running with the Ball
- Speeding into open space.
- Recognizing and exploiting space while in motion.
- Driving forward to commit defenders.
