  • This form must be submitted 7 days prior to the actual fixture.

    This form must be signed by an executive member of both clubs.

    Football South Coast will consider the application and either confirm or reject the request.

    Where an application is granted for reasons other than FNSW competitions then the following conditions apply:

    If the match brought forward is washed out then it will revert back to the previous date and time.

    If a match is requested after the scheduled date where the round is played and that match is washed out then the match will be null and void; in other words it will not be rescheduled.
