Albion Park are finals-bound with a resounding win at home to cement their place in the top four.
Before this fixture, both Albion Park and Highlands were level on the ladder, only separated by goal difference.
All Albion Park had to do was remain composed in their game against Corrimal.
In the 26th minute, Reece Mcintosh launched a goal to rocket his side into the lead and up the ladder for Albion Park.
Gareth Jenkins bagged in the second for his side two minutes later to cement his side’s dominance.
Mcintosh took the game by the horns and scored another. The score was 3-0, and the half finished with that scoreline.
A quick and ruthless display of force was what the home side needed to relieve the nerves in a season-deciding match.
Everything was going as planned.
In the 61st minute, Mitchell Dowzard hurled an effort into the net to make it 4-0 to the hosts.
Four minutes later, Corrimal drew a goal back, finished by Scott Weston.
The game ended dramatically with a penalty awarded to Albion Park in extra time, capping their regular season on a high note and securing a decisive win.
Daniel Munilla stepped up to the spot and, as cool as ice, sent it past the keeper to end the game 5-1.
Bellambi Rosellas FC-0, Shellharbour City FC – 6 @Elizabeth Park
Shellharbour finish Minor Premiers of Men’s Premier League 3 as they end on a high with a thumping, triumphant away win against Bellambi.
Shellharbour’s top scorer, James Sekuloski, leads his squad with his effort in the first five minutes to set the tone of the match.
1-0 to the visitors.
In the 33rd minute, a double for the deep-lying forward, Sekuloski, made it 2-0.
Barely a minute later, Kaiden Deller joined his teammate on the score sheet to make it three to the good for Shellharbour.
A hat-trick was secured today by none other than Sekuloski, who found his third in the 39th minute.
In the second half, Sekuloski came back to haunt the Rosellas again as he put in his fourth of the game, scoring in the 70th minute.
A haul and a minor premiership to end the regular season.
Five minutes after Sekuloski’s goal, Cassander Grujevski converted his opportunity to get on the scoreboard in this game.
The game concluded with a win for Shellharbour as they await the finals draw, with the ultimate prize of the major premiership on their agenda.
Coledale Waves JFC-4, Figtree FC-0 @Tarrawanna Oval
Coledale finish in second place on the league ladder as they win by a riot of four against visitors, Figtree.
Vaughan Lickley wanted to be the first to score on the day, and he got his wish as he fired his goal in the 16th minute for the Waves.
Figtree kept Coledale’s oncoming second goal for as long as they could, but it finally arrived late in the half to make it 2-0.
Marcelo Molina was the name on the goal in the 44th minute.
Lickley came around again, this time in the 67th minute, a new half, same player as he nudged his goal in.
3-0 for the hosts.
What seemed to already be a sealed game, it was not over, as Archie Tobin-Coldwell fired one of the last chances of the game and put it past the keeper in the 90th minute.
Figtree reached the finish line of the season, with the satisfaction of avoiding bottom spot in the table.
Achieving it by a better goal difference by one goal, as both Figtree and Corrimal were tied on points.
A second-place finish for the Waves, which could help improve their draw odds.
Warilla Wanderers FC-1, Highlands FC-1 @King Mickey Park
An unwanted draw sinks Highlands out of the top four in the final game of the season; Warilla also in the limelight as they lose their second-place spot late in the season.
Dylan Di Cesare made his efforts count as he put the first in of the game in the 22nd minute.

The hosts ended up winning the first half as Highlands had nothing to show for it.
Isaac Pemberton struck a goal back in the 77th minute.
Highlands left it late as they desperately needed just one goal to clinch a win and to advance past their opposition above them in the table, Albion Park.
Warilla frustrated Highlands; a goal against the Wanderers on their soil would be a mountain of a challenge, and Warilla knew that and doubled down in their defence.
A draw as both sides lose their respective places in the ladder.
Highlands had more to lose as they sit outside of the top four by only two points and the same goal difference as Albion Park.
Warilla’s draw will be different with their outcome place in the ladder, but the Wanderers still end the regular season content with a final series on their horizons.
