General Information
When do registrations open? Registrations open on the 5th of January 2026.
What I do need when I register? You will need a current passport style photograph of you saved on your device to finalise registration. For juniors that qualify download your active kids voucher prior to you registering.
Who do I contact if I want to register for a club? Please contact the club directly. Unfortunately, FSC can’t register you for a specific club. CLICK HERE for the club directory
I am new to football, what’s the process? 1. Find your local club to register. CLICK HERE for the club directory. 2. Go to our FAQ page for how to register with Let’s Playfootball This has information on what you need prior to commencing registration.
When does the season start? Senior competitions will commence in early March and Junior competitions will start in April. The season calendar with set dates will become available in the coming weeks via the FSC website.
When does training start for all teams and which nights will I be training? Reach out to you club and check their socials. The Club organises the day, times and venues for training for all their teams.
Referees
When do registrations open for referees? Just like players, registrations open on the 5th of January 2026.
How do I become a referee for the 2026 season? Head to our upcoming Referees page to find further details on when our next Level 4 course will be run.
Do I need a WWCC when I register? Only if you are over 18, if you are under 18, please check the option ‘other exemption’. Your registration cannot be approved if this option is not correctly ticked.
Can I become a referee at my local club? YES, check our upcoming courses page to register your interest. As soon as you’re a qualified referee we can allocate you to your local club to referee for the 2026 season.
Will there be referee training sessions and workshops? YES! For all seniors there is a monthly coaching session, for all juniors there will be monthly sessions from April- July in 2026.

Fees & Payments
What are the registration fees for 2026 season – player? Refer to your club website or socials for club registration fees. Most payments will need to be done online through the Let’s Play Football registration system requiring a credit/debit card.

What is the de-registration process if I no longer want to play football anymore or want to change clubs? This is a 3-step process. 1. If you have an active registration, go into your Let’s Playfootball account and commence the deregistration. 2. Let your club know. They will need to acknowledge your request in the system. 3. FSC will need to finalise the deregistration once we are notified by automated email that both step 1 and 2 are completed.
