NEW/LATE REGISTRATIONS OR TEAM CHANGES
This form is for late registrations or regrades for players and team officials . All registrations during advertised registration dates must be submitted to FSC no later than 11:59pm on Wednesday prior to the weekends fixtures to be eligible for that weekend providing all checks required by FSC have been completed. All registrations after this closing point will be processed by FSC, the following week. FINAL DATE FOR THE SEASON is 30 June 5:00pm

Have new team officials been added/mapped into the team list in Dribl by the club?*
Team officials which have been added will have match sheet availability updated on Thursday. No requirement to name teams.
Members NOT mapped into teams by the Club in Dribl
Use this section to request adding or removing members from teams where the club either has not or cannot do this in Dribl. This includes competition movements (regrades - letter required) or the person's information has not yet come across to Dribl from Play Football. If you answered Yes to the previous question, do not list those players you have already moved.

Regrading Documentation Required
If you wish to re-grade a competition player (Junior, Women's, Community League) then you must also submit a letter, stating reasons in accordance with Regulation 5.4 of the FSC Competition Rules. This is not required if the registration is for a new player.
