This form is for registrations which the club cannot map participants in Dribl or regrades. All registrations during advertised registration dates must be submitted to FSC no later than 11:59pm on Thursday prior to the weekends fixtures to be eligible for that weekend providing all checks required by FSC have been completed. All registrations after this closing point will be processed by FSC, the following week. FINAL DATE FOR THE SEASON is 30 June 5:00pm

Regrading Documentation Required

If you wish to re-grade a competition player (Junior, Women's, Community League) then you must also submit a letter, stating reasons in accordance with Regulation 5.4 of the FSC Competition Rules. This is not required if the registration is for a new player.
