Congratulations to Lottie Cabassi-Power for being awarded the Female Referee of the Year at the FFA Female Football Week awards.
Just three years ago while still a teenager, Lottie took it on herself to organise a Female referee course at her school which brought in 10-15 female referees into her local branch at Football South Coast. She continues to support and mentor young women as referees and also coaches referees at Football NSW Referees Development Panel by going to games and offering feedback and coaching.
This is an outstanding achievement as the FFA did receive a number of high calibre nominations this year.
Football South Coast are extremely proud of Lottie’s achievements. Well done!
